Include the following where possible:

- The device model and iOS version.

- The Survey Scribe app version and build number.

- The backend request ID or job ID shown in Settings > Diagnostics, if available.

- A short description of what happened and what you expected.

Common Tasks

- Restore purchases: Settings > Session > Restore Purchases.

- Manage subscription: Settings > Session > Manage Subscription.

- Delete account: Settings > Session > Delete Account.

- Copy diagnostics: Settings > Diagnostics > Copy Diagnostics.
