In-App Deletion

Signed-in users can delete their account in Survey Scribe:

1. Open Survey Scribe.

2. Tap Settings.

3. In Session, tap Delete Account.

4. Confirm deletion.

The app signs the user out after the backend deletion completes.

What Is Deleted

- Firebase Authentication user.

- Server-side user profile.

- Server-side entitlement record.

- Server-side billing profile.

- Server-side monthly usage records.

- Server-side export usage and export event records.

What May Remain

- App Store purchase history remains with Apple and can be managed from the user's Apple Account.

- Local projects and exports stored on the device can be removed by deleting projects in the app, deleting exported files, or uninstalling the app.

- Operational logs may remain for a limited period for security, debugging, and compliance.
